S&H Srl is not among the entities required to appoint a data protection officer (DPO)

S&h Srl processes the personal data provided, for the following purposes:
- Execution of the provisions of contracts and orders
- Administrative and fiscal management of contracts and orders
- Response to requests for information or support
- Commercial, promotional or marketing purposes

The legal basis for data processing is the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual purposes for which EU Reg. 2016/679 does not provide for explicit consent.

S&h Srl processes the personal data of users by taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools S&h Srl in the management of contractual and pre-contractual relationships, processes common data relating to the organizational and legal structure of the Company, which could be provided to the control authorities, upon explicit request. In any case, S&h Srl ensures that the minimum data will be collected in order to be able to guarantee what is stipulated in contracts and orders.

The following may have access to the data:
- authorized personnel as defined in Art. 29 EU Reg. 2016/679
- external parties appointed as Data Processors as defined in Art. 28 EU Reg. 2016/679

Personal data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the user or required by the purposes described in this document. Longer periods of time are provided for the fulfillment, by the owner, of obligations imposed by current legislation.

Personal data are processed at the operational headquarters of S&h Srl in Peschiera Borromeo (MI) and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. S&h Srl does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.

As a data subject to the processing of personal data, one has the right to:
- obtain access to the same
- obtain the rectification of inaccurate data, without undue delay, in case of explicit request
- obtain the deletion of personal data
One also has the right to restriction of processing and the right to object.

S&h Srl does not base its selection activities solely on automated data processing (including profiling).

You have the right to revoke your consent for all processing of personal data provided by you. This right will be exercisable by sending an email to privacy@seh.it; S&h Srl undertakes to acknowledge you within 10 working days of receipt.

As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Failure to authorize the processing will result in the impossibility of proceeding with the execution of the provisions of contracts and orders.

The user's personal data may be used by S&h Srl in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages to its possible establishment for the defense against abuse in the use of the same
