S&h
Founded by Engineer Guglielmo Crivellaro, S&h has been offering innovative solutions in the field of industrial electronics for more than 45 years. It operates in areas such asautomation, electric mobility andpower electronics, producing both catalog products and customized solutions.
At the core of S&h is, from the very beginning, the R&D department.
Over the years, the company has gained extensive experience in the development of the entire product life cycle: from conception to medium and large series production.
Products are entirely conceived, designed, engineered and manufactured in-house: this ensures unique flexibility in meeting customers' needs.
S&h is EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 certified.
In addition, in 2000 it was honored by the Region of Lombardy with the Award for Excellence of Artisan Enterprises and in 2017 with the Best Worldwide Supplier Award by a multinational company listed in the Fortune 500.
The method
S&h stands as a single point of contact, from development and throughout the life cycle of each product. Each of its projects can be made to the customer's specific requirements.
Product Development
S&h assists clients in the development of innovative products, fromconcept to prototype development and validation. The research and development team of hardware engineers, software developers, mechanical engineers and designers and rapid prototyping equipment enable early validation of products, shortening time-to-market and keeping development costs under control.
Validation testing
S&h is equipped for extensive testing of various products, including signal and power integrity testing, electrical validation, electromagnetic compatibility evaluation, dust and water penetration testing, vibration, thermal and humidity testing.
During the product development phase, it performs pre-compliance testing as early as possible, reducing costs for customers and ensuring fast and effective certification.
Production
S&h takes care of the entire life cycle of products in-house and ensures their quality. Using systematic burn-in testing to detect and compensate for infant mortality, it makes long-lasting products with the lowest failure rates on the market. In addition, it can adapt the production process to meet customer needs and optimize time to market.

Foundation
Engineer Guglielmo Crivellaro, among the pioneers of hardware design of electronic boards based on innovative microprocessor technology, founded S&h together with engineer Rinaldo Denaro. The company, one of the few in Italy to use a cutting-edge system that is spreading worldwide from the United States, is based in Peschiera Borromeo (MI).
Research and Development
Innovation is the core value of S&h, which puts the R&D department at the center. The company accompanies clients through various stages of a product cycle: definition and ideation, research and development, certification, development, prototype, and engineering.
Production and Service
The Research and Development department is flanked by the Production andAfter-Sales Service departments. S&h becomes a single point of contact that customers can rely on in everything. Electronic technology based on microprocessors makes it possible to work for different areas of industrial automation. Each product and country require certain safety and quality certifications, which are taken over and followed by S&h. Guglielmo Crivellaro sets the relationship with each customer under the banner of equality and cooperation: "We are two people traveling in tandem. The first knows his industry and target market well. The second has the experience and technological skills to check the feasibility of an idea and follow the entire cycle of a new project and product."

S&h is recognized as an Advanced R&D Laboratory by the Italian ministry.

S&h obtains EN ISO 9001 Quality Certification from TUV South.
Excellence Award

Electric Mobility
S&h, which up to this point has done research, development, and production on behalf of companies in various sectors, enters the market for electric mobility and charging systems with its own signature products. The decision to operate in a new field confirms a vocation for innovativeness. Dedicating itself to a different field from that manned by customers underscores the pact of trust and confidentiality made at the beginning of each relationship, as well as respect for the work of others.

Production process
Before leaving the S&h factory, each product undergoes rigorous electronic, mechanical and burn-in stress tests to detect any failures. This means quality, to which is added a long-term maintenance guarantee.
