Problem
Body shops have fast work rhythms. To search for and dose to perfection the colors needed to paint vehicles, they need an ATEX Zone 2 certified tool that is easy to install and use.
Solution
TMX is an intuitive tool for color research and dosing, certified ATEX zone 2 gas group IIB, temperature class T4 ( 0°C ≤ Tamb ≤ +45°C ).
Suitable for any paint preparation booth, it has an ergonomic design, 18" scratch-resistant color screen, glass with IK08 protection.
The latest multi-touch technology makes it easy to use.
The large number of available I/Os ensures optimal connection with precision scales, spectrophotometers, barcode readers and other peripherals.
In addition, integrated software allows for job progress monitoring and color stock management, enabling the refinisher to accurately assess performance.
S&H performed all product development, including the definition and ideation, hardware and software design, prototyping and production.
